We understand that there may be occasions where you need to return or exchange a product. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Products that show signs of use, damage, or are missing parts will not be eligible for a return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation must be provided as proof of purchase.

Please note: Custom-made or special-order products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@tylnovacircuit.net or call 707-585-1072. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), along with detailed return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your returned items reach us safely.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund based on the following guidelines:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refund Amount: The amount refunded will be the purchase price of the product(s) minus any applicable shipping or handling fees. If the return is not due to a defect or error on our part, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Please note: If an item is returned outside of the 30-day return window or does not meet our return conditions, a restocking fee of 15% of the item’s purchase price may apply, or the return may be denied.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us within 5 days of receiving the product by emailing info@tylnovacircuit.net with your order number, photographs of the damaged or defective item, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Return Shipping: We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for returns of damaged or defective items.
  3. Replacement or Refund: Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will either:
    • Offer a replacement product at no additional cost, or
    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend following the return process outlined above and then placing a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges; however, we will gladly process a return for a refund, and you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products made specifically for your order.
  • Gift cards and other non-returnable items as indicated on the product page.
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance items.

7. Refund and Return Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • If the product is damaged or shows signs of misuse that were not reported immediately after delivery.
  • If the product is returned without the required Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • If the product is returned after the 30-day return window.
